no reply or feedback from Empowerfin

My name is Nika Thomas Meyer, ID Number ***.I hold a funeral policy with Empowerfin. On 15 May 2024, I sent an email requesting that two family members be added to the policy. To date, I have not received any feedback or confirmation regarding this request.

I have since taken out a policy with Sanlam. I therefore request that my policy with Empowerfin be cancelled with immediate effect.Kindly confirm the cancellation in email at your earliest convenience.
