funeral policy

My name is Tselane.2022 September i join funeral policy ,my problem is since from the date i join they have being double deducting and one of my depended is not appearing on the policy and immediate when i notice the error I phoned them they promise they will rectify it, till date.my biggest challenge is that every month i must call them and refund me which they did and i always asked them to rectify the error till today they haven't rectify the problem from 2023 September to 2024 for the month of September 2024 and October 2024 they haven't refund me and their phone is always rigging without answer'
