Funeral Claim

I did put in a funeral claim as we going to have the funeral on the 2 December 2023. Don't know why this company's knowing it is December we will not wait 2 weeks to buried you love one. Then they will tell you claim will be paid in 2 days. This is just poor service when they have all the documents they wanted still you must wait 2 day. Why? They let me cancel my other policy, they consultants explained us that they will do everything to find out it is not done.
