Empowerfin

Early November I requested aan empower fin consultant to do a will for me and she told me that now it comes as a package with life cover and funeral cover, I took the combo later when I got the will the consultant who came to make me sign the will told me new info that I can move my polices to empower instead of taking new ones, I phoned their office from mid November requesting to love my polices from fnb to them with no luck then I decided to cancel the will, funeral and and life cover I have with them still I didn't get any assistance from their consultant I even sent an email requesting cancelation sto I never got any help. On the 11th December their receptionist assisted me and gave me a reference number, today the 3rd January I phoned them making a follow up and the guy who was assisting me told me that he can see that I requested a cancelation and I will be done but they will deduct end of January again and I don't know why they must deduct money for something I Cancellation, I'm dissappointed I dnt recommend empowerfin to any one who need Drwafting of will, guys stay away from. I empowerfin cause they are not reliable. I spent too much money trying to call them and they tell me they will phone me back after 10 minutes and they never phoned me someday no one answered their phones
