Complaint!

I am very disappointed at this company, I made an agreement with them, Unfortunately unforeseen death effected me and i specifically asked them to pause the debit, i get 3 calls all the time as though i am now forced to continue with the process and it is irritating. I have not yet even completed the documents as i have said i will do so when i am financially ready. Today a debit has gone off unexpectedly whereas on the 21st October they called and asked them to not debit till further notice.

Legal action will be taken.
