Consider carefully before joining!!! They change their mobile data plans quite regularly and do not communicate this with existing customers. At the same time, your plan may be changed, however your debit order amount is not adjusted accordingly, and you may be allocated the correct amount of data. I personally had been struggling to have my plan changed since August 2023 and I was told that I should do this by cancelling my current plan and subscribing to the desired plan. At this point you will be charged an activation fee which one would then have to request a refund. The billing system is not configured correctly and does not accommodate for changes. You as the client are the expected to request refunds, especially when being overcharged. Following my frustrations experienced over several months, I decided to cancel both my plans. I received e-mail confirmation that my plans were pending cancellation. On the last day of February, I received e-mail confirmation that my plans had been cancelled. Guess what?? On the 1st of March 2024, I was debited for plans that were cancelled. Furthermore, since August till January, every month I had to request for a credit as I was debited incorrectly. Fortunately, fore these months credit was passed. However, EMobile were notified that they had debited my account for the two "Cancelled" data plans, we were then informed that we would only be refunded the following week. This is unacceptable if you ask me as the plans and as per email notification received, these had been cancelled. Today is the 12th of March and still have not received any refund. Furthermore, you speak with one individual, and you are told that they no longer work for EMobile, however do assist with queries. The other party the "Founder and CEO", avoids one's calls, e-mails and WhatsApp Messages and when they do answer, there are always excuses, extended delays in paying and the best excuse, "I am in a meeting and will call you back later" - yes as you know later never comes around.
