Waiting for a refund for 5 months.

I dress was missing from my order in December. I am being promised by this company to be refunded. It is five months now and nothing. Every time I follow up it will be "done this week" or it will be done this week-end. It goes without saying this week-end came and went. I followed up again today. Now suddenly I am promised the item will be delivered. Yeah right. This is really unacceptable and really nothing I can do about it. I will just not ever order from them again. And this person whoever is responding couldn't give a fly about it.
