Very poor service

My wife ordered shoes from them and after receiving the items, it was the wrong size. She communicated this to the contact person who rudely responded with various excuses why the shoes should fit. My wife even sent the order information reflecting the correct sizes and they still responded rudely as if my wife was at fault.

It is a week later and we are still waiting for a reply from them to advise how they are going to rectify their mistake.
