Unhappy customer

Purchased from them on 9 April 2024. Waited out the delivery time (17days) Because of NO communication from them I contacted them in dat 17. Their response was that they haven’t received their stock as “ there was a storm”??? Waited a while again and asked them to cancel and refund. They responded that they’ll refund and that I should please give them time as they are under stress.???? Then again…… silence!!! Long story short. They are só unprofessional and that shines through in the mails they send. ( some!) no greeting and an entire paragraph with no capital letters or punctuation. Had to figure out what they were trying to say. Francois responded that he needs my bank details to refund and at the same time received mail from them for a review… good or bad…. So tgat they can provide better service. Guess what…. he did not like my “nice” review( sarcasm) and decided that he won’t refund me and that I have to buy again with a voucher. Well….. I’m not an imbecile and will deal with him with the law as I have proof ( all emails) of incompetence and nonexistent “customer care”…. Promised refund etc. How unprofessional…. So they only refund if you give the positive reviews? What a joke!!
