Refusing to return goods

I've ordered two tops (blouse) - one was R499 and the other one R259. Upon receiving them, I didn't like the cut nor the material. I then reached out to Emmeline's to enquire on returning them just to fine out that that won't be possible for the reason I'm giving.. I've then made contact via whatsapp whereby they responded that they will give me feedback and still no feedback. and since then no contact whatsoever .. this is quite disappointing as I can't use those tops and just lost R800 ..
