Neither order nor refund received

I placed an order with them on 10 March 2024. I waited the specified shipping time, but no delivery. Then I started mailing the company. On 9 April Francois, the owner, told me my package was ****** and that he would refund me. It's now the end of April and I haven't seen a refund or my items. The company is also no longer answering my emails. This company seems like a **** to me now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
