Mixed bag

I ordered 12 dresses but have not yet received 2 of them. I sent an email to enquire but have not received a response. The sizes of the dresses I received were good. Some of the dresses look different in texture and finish to the photos on the website. The return policy is a bit harsh, I must say, especially compared to other retailers. Want to order some of the lovely swimwear but unsure of
