Horrible customer service
I had a horrible experience. They took over 2 weeks to respond to my emails. I managed to get hold of them on Instagram, when I told them my query and how long I had been trying to get hold of them they stopped responding. It has been 26 days since I made my order,no communication, nothing. Order was for over R1000. Never using them again!!

24 Oct 2022, 15:31Hi, we actually have responded to all the queries you left. We informed you it is not possible to cancel orders as its already with our shippers and the goods were already dispatched and cleared. Our delivery times are very clear, but to make matter worse customs are slower than normal because of loadshedding since SEPT (we have no control over this)and there is a backlog delaying deliveries slightly. We actually are busy sending out this batch of orders right now. We sent out a comunication to all our customers last week about the delay as well.

The last and only response I got(which took 2 weeks)was that you do not do refunds which was the 16th October. I've heard nothing since then. 12 - 17 working days has long passed for delivery, I don't even need the items anymore.
