Do Not Recommend – Rude Owner and No Returns!

I recently purchased an item of clothing from Emmilines Fashion and had a very disappointing experience. After three weeks with no communication, I had to follow up myself to ask where my order was—only then was I told it was finally on its way.

When the item arrived, the body fit, but it was extremely tight and uncomfortable around the waist—definitely not flattering. I emailed the company to ask if I could either get a refund or exchange the item for another product. The response I received was shockingly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. The owner was incredibly unpleasant to deal with and made the whole experience awful.

While some of their clothing may look good, the customer service is horrific. I ended up keeping the item and will try to resell it on Yaga, just to avoid dealing with them any further.

If you choose to buy from Emmilines Fashion, make absolutely sure you know exactly what you're ordering, as they don’t allow returns or exchanges—and the customer service, if you have an issue, is very difficult. I will not be buying from them again.
