EMMA & ROSE CAPE TOWN - POOR SERVICE

I have ordered a clothing item from Emma & Rose and the service provided is pathetic. Firstly the couriers they use do not update their system and you can not see where the package is. When you ask Emma & Rose they state to track it on with the tracking number. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS USELESS BECAUSE THE COURIER COMPANY IS USELESS. Then when I enquired again they sent me a mail with detail that this package is with the South-African Post Office and they provide a tracking number and a contact number for the Post-Office. When calling this call center they state the tracking number do not exist as this is not one of their tracking numbers. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD EVER USE THE SOUTH-AFRICAN POST OFFICE FOR ANY PACKAGE. I WOULD NEVER EVEN WALK INTO THE POST OFFICE AS THEY ARE MORE THAN USELESS!!!!!! I PAID FOR AN ITEM AND I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. I DON'T WANT TO STRUGGLE WITH *********** PEOPLE OR COMPANIES. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
