Bad Service

After I rated and written a number of reviews about the service I got from Emma & Rose they last week came back to me and said they have refunded me as a gesture of good will. I have still not received the order item or the refund! I order online all the time and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience!!! Please do not order from this company!!!!!
