Zero support or customer service

What a joke, sold my house in April, change of owner and new owner already getting billed but they are still billing me as well. Cant phone any one, online system is a joke as nobody actually responds to queries. Just a joke, why not out source your admin to the local schools, I'm quite sure a high school would be more effective at dealing with this. What a disgraceful representation you really do not deserve to run a municipality.
