W********** by Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality!!!!!

Just purchased electricity for R 2 000 on the 1st of August 2019 and received 746.90 units!!!We were told at the beginning of the month we would get bonus electricity instead we didnot even get 40% of what we paid for. Called the contact center the whole day no response until now, we were told to call *** which is the Alberton office as they cannot assist us. The Ekurhuleni app and Siyakhokha does not work at all. The worst municipality ever. We cannot get help or a logical explanation to this as none of their phone are not going through.
