Worst sevice

Our meter box was blocked we couldn't buy electricity we then ended up going to the municipality office and they said in 2-hours the meter box will be unblocked even now we are still waiting for them to unblock it and that was around 1pm. Whats funny is that there are people who owes more than us and they were never blocked out I wonder how they chose to block us and leave the rest. We pay every month and this is the treatment we get worse service ever
