Worst service ever

Bad service City of Ekurhuleni sucks. I always received the worst service ever but this time it takes trophie. On Monday 04 March 2019 we had worst service ever. On the mentioned date the was a very huge thunderstorm in our area which affected the electricity. I call municipality which I was given ref no: ********** for connection to be restored but nothing happen. From the 4th until today the is no electricity in my house. Everything in the fridge is spoil. Kids are bathing with cold water and no proper food for my children. We are eating junk food especially my 2 year old daughter. When we do follow up they keep saying that they have send someone but that person didn’t arrived. We keep getting same responses if we call sometime they drop the phone on us.
