WORST SERVICE

I logged a call on the morning of the 14th Feb 2023(***), still today I'm still waiting for electricians to come and assist me. I have made almost 30 calls to follow up, i pay the municipality every month, i have 240 units but i have no electricity in my home, i am defeated. Can someone please assist me.
