Worst municipality to live in

<p>I wrote a review a few weeks ago regarding beign charged excessively for water in Dec. I got a phone call from a representative of the Municipality a few days later. He claimed I would have a response in 36-48 hours.. I am still waiting... When I phoned him to follow up - he could not remember my case. Not sure where to from here</p>
