Worst experience ever, no power for over a week

Terrible experience. I logged a power issue on the 6th of October 2025. My food was rotting, I could not work from home because you have to wait for a tech to attend. Their turnaround time is 48 hours. Its now 8 days, no assistance from Ekhuruleni eletrical techs. I am forced now to live on bypassed power. All 4 incidents since have been closed without attendance or checking with me. Yet i am billed heavily every month for 0 zero service delivery.
