Worst customer service

Someone stole our electrical cable on Sunday 12.11.23 the we reported the matter on the 13.11.23 they gave us Ref 1122 and promised to resolve the issue within 48 hours however till today we are still waiting for the technician to be dispatched we call everyday nothing changes we remain without electricity.
