Worse customer service ever

I'm so pist off with Sky City electricity outage, for last 3 years we been experiencing the same issue, in any season of the year, if it rains even in summer electricity trips, if it's windy same thing happens, if it's very cold electricity trips, who will be responsible for our appliances which are getting damaged by this issue. For the past 3 years there is NO permanent solution. We had a power outage last night from 18:00 when we woke it was back, 8am today till now there is no electricity,two big companies cosmopolitan housing and Ekurhuleni municipality worse companies ever, I regret the day I sign a contract with these companies, the don't care once you sign you are on your own.
