Without power 4 days

<p>For 4 days now, ekhuruleni municipality has failed to send a tech to assist in our power issue, every time we call them they say a Technition is on the way, yesterday he was supposed to be here and assist, end of the day, no Technition, today phoning them constantly, we are told that hopefully it will be attended today... our ref nr ********** . This is horrible service from our electricity provider, how can they tell us hopefully a Technition will assist?? 4 days without power how are we supposed to live?</p>
