Wheelie Bin roll out *****

29 May 2017 we received notice to collect our Wheelie bins in Lambton-Germiston. I went to collect my 2 bins at corner Webber and Sinclair rd and was charged R140 for the extra bin and R20 each for spraying the address on it. When I got my account on the web site I see that my Refuse removal is charged at the amount of R2064 inc. Vat. This was a shocking surprize!! So I went to Ekurhuleni in President rd and I was referred to Cynthia on 1st floor. She checked on the system and informed me that I am billed for 12 bins and not 2. Know they first have to investigate. I want my account to be fixed, it is not my problem if Ekurhuleni assign ********** to hand out bins! I also went to Ostend rd where the Wheelie bin Depot is and they said the people who deal with the contractors are at Boksburg civic centre 5th floor. I went there as well but I cant wait for investigations due to *****. Ekurhuleni will have to reverse all the accounts to the previous payments for Refusel until they sort out their mess up. why do the clients have to be victims for something they don't deserve? Ekurhuleni will have to do a audit on all the residents in the area to compare the serial numbers on the bins with the info from the contractors. There after they can bill the people the correct amount. In the meantime we should not suffer because of this mess! At Boksburg they told me that we were not suppose to pay any money at the collection of the bins? I hereby asking very nicely for the problem to be solved because I can not pay for something I didn't get or wanted at all. I will forward the police affidavit to Cynthia, or must I open a actual ***** case at the police? Please inform me. In the meantime I will also make the public aware on social media to check their accounts.
