What the hell COE?

We as residents of Sky City have serious electrical problems. Every time there's load shedding electricity is not returned when it's supposed to. On the 8th Mar, we had load shedding scheduled for 12:00 - 14:30, the power was not restored until 17:30 in the evening 😑.

Again on the 9th Mar, we had load shedding scheduled for 18:00 - 20:30, power was not restored until around 14:30 the following day (10 Mar) in the afternoon. Today again (11 Mar), load shedding was scheduled for 02:00 - 04:30, it's now 07:56 and power is still not restored.

Every time we call their call center they just log calls and give references that they never follow up on. Their technicians have no accountability whatsoever. There's very poor communication from the municipality, we are never updated on anything as residents, we just see this random power cuts and have to wait on them to fix whatever time they want to.
