what poor service

<p>so my meter hasnt been working for months n yet they keep sending the disconnection letter and worse charching me for reconnection fee. how on earth do u reconnect a non working meter AND EVEN CHARGE FOR IT? the consultant says apparently according to EMM the electric account is the main account, that is just total bull and a way to bully n threaten people coz the same goes to their hearts being the main organ for feeling pain and yet each time they feel sick the doctor heal th esick part and does not take out their heart. firstly they must adress undividaul issues and not just seal them with one umbrella secondly they must response to queries and stop going round in circles lastly they must stop victimizing kidz and parent by leaving them in the dark and messing their appliances</p>
