WHAT IS GOING ON WITH NIGEL MUNICIPALITY
Since about November 2014 the switchboard for Nigel Municipality just keeps sending you around in a neverending circle.All other numbers I am given to phone all being 011 999 something do just not get answered and when you phone the *** they will not help you either and just give you the same numbers to try and tell you to keep trying. YOU COULD TRY A HUNDRED DIFFERENT NUMBERS. NO BODY ANSWERS THEIR *** phone. Beyond frustrated STUPID PEOPLE
