What is going on?

<p>My tenant receive a pre-termination notice today despite payments made.</p> <p>I called the call centre today just to be told I have to go in. I explained to both the call centre agent and her manager I am in Durban and that goining in is not posiable.</p> <p>I was then informed my account is due for payment on the 18th of the month. How can they expect this knowijng that 99% of all sallary earners only starts getting paid from the 25th (In my case the 28th).</p> <p>Payments were alwys paid only last month "late" on the 4th.</p> <p>They just dont want to reason at all. The manager insist payment is due by the 18th and I have never paid by the 18th. I asked if he thinks this is reasonable and also asked when he gets paid and pay his accounts, is this also by the 18th. NOW suddendly I am getting personal. Where is the logistic wiht this account department.</p> <p>So I am now due to be cuted off desoite the fact I didn't receive and invoice neither by email or was able to log into their website. I called in and got the amount and then made payment.</p> <p>Alas, again after the last day but before the 4th.</p>
