What I must do now

Hi Antonio Dias Age 66 went on pension decided to retire on the south coast kzn .so I closed my house in Johannesburg .and move to the coast . 2 years now living at the coast and still paying my rates water .power in Brakpan.the problem started when there meter started liking.so I paid almost 10.000 rand for there problem .so they decided to install a new meter which I have no problem .then I pay every mont month a estimated bill of 700 rand not been there and my water been switched off Now they estimate there own reading and always want to bill me 3000rand every month which I think it’s not fare because the meter is off and no water is been used .and still I’m paying my 700 rand every month for nothing beacause the house is locked no one lives there at the moment ,even worse they cut my electricity off and it’s pay as you go meter .this is poor service still I have sorted this out now they start billing me again with higher bills even the hose is close .this is totally a *******ion country . I pay my interim amount 700 rand not been there . But no they want 3000 rand not been there .it’s a disgrace Brakpan municipality. Regards
