Well done Alberton Finance department

Hi all you good people, this month i recieved a water bill of over R800 where normally it ia around R30 due to the covid-19 lockdown the meter readers were not able to do the water readings, so an intrium reading was done. as we are pensioners this amount is beyond our means. i subsiquentally emailed the finance department requesting assistance in this matter. the Alberton Finance department aknowledge my request and rep**** with in 2 days stating that i can pay the usual amount until the billing resumes oncemore and readings are back on track. i just want to say well done to Mr. Sibusiso Buthelezi for his excelent service and compassion.
