We are paying for nothing!

Over the last 3 weeks this EMM decided that thy no longer collect ******* unless you have a ******* bin outside your house, regardless of the fact that we pay for it! Some houses were given ******* bins but not all. Must be another **** were someone is making money! Useless trying to call them as well, naturally not a single person is answering a phone.
