Water Wastage and lack of help

Hi<br> <br> I have been trying to have a Burst Pipe repaired for 3 weeks, I phone the call centre everyday only to be told that a Plumber will come out that evening, yet here I stand. Now neighbours are complaining and it looks like I am never getting this resolved.<br> I am currently on the phone, on hold and have been waiting for 50 minutes for someone to help me?<br> How is this possible, how is it that we cannot get this issue resolved.<br> This is a huge inconvenience, not to mention the money and water that is running down the drain.<br> Could I please get some assistance?<br> <br> Regards <br> Stuart
