Water still leaking

<p>I wrote a report about a water leak on 5 December 2016. The municipal workers came out to fix the leak. Four of them to fix a small leak in a fitting in the plastic supply pipe. I watched them work and joked about the amount of people versus the amount of work. I was told that I could take the one worker's phone number and that he would come and fix it and so we could cut out the municipality. I rep**** that I did not partake in *******ion.</p> <p> </p> <p>The leak is still there. We called the service centre yesterday to report it again and did not even receive a reference number. I know it has been raining a lot but as far as I know we are still in the midst of a drought.</p>
