water shortage

Again within 2 weeks after the crisis of water shortage,we don't have water since yesterday morning(14th april)till today the 15th April and when we call them they are not giving us straight answers,we are paying rates for God's sake!!!****e we going to have water problems almost every week!!!!!!supper bad service from this municipality!!two full days without water no ways...what is the problem guys
