Water shedding

I reside around kempton park and of late the municipality has adopted a tendency of cutting water supply for hours without notice that there won't be water for so many hours, this is totally uncalled for as I'm a citizen who's paying all my bills on time the least the municipality can do is at least let us know that they going to cut off water supply, we don't even know the reasons for them to cut off the water. If it's not loadshedding then it's this water cut off without notice and lately it happens simultaneously that you find your self with no water and lights, I mean how does one survive under these conditions every second day. I am utterly disappointed with the way we being treated by our service providers
