Water problem in Elsburg

I live in Elsburg, Germiston we have been having a problem with our water for 3 weeks now. The other parts of elsburg has water but in our street and the few blocks around us has no water. First there was no water during the day and only a little water at night. But now we there is no water at all. When you phone ekurhuleni they tell you some story about burst water pipes to vales that needs to be replaced. Th We cannot even bath or do our washing. This is really unacceptable because when you speak to someone at ekurhuleni they have such an attitude. Is there anyone that would be able to assist us please.
