Water Outage

It's been 4 days without water at e****wa Barcelona ext 32. We supposed to vote, vote for what? Where the water truck comes once a day and we are limited to 3 buckets a day. What's worse we were not informed about this water outage, is because we at the location coz if it was a suburban are this wouldn't happen. Kids are going to school tomorrow,clothes are dirty, toilets are not being flushed. Tell me who can live like this?
