Water Meter water leakage

30 January 2018 I've logged a call at 5:30 regarding a leak at my water meter. Up to date no plumber was there to fix the pipe. The water is running down my drive way through my neighbours yard. So much water going to waste. I'm phoning the call centre everyday twice a day. They're reply "we are so sorry. We will escalate your problem". And that's where it stays. I have 4 reference numbers and so many names of whom I've spoken to. I am desperate for help. I've also contacted the Ward Councillor. She managed to have another leak fixed in one day. But my problem reported to her is another 3 days without any assistance. Please help!!
