Water meter reading - Account number ***, 8

We had a water meter leak, where I was charged for the major leak, that was below ground level. R6000. I have reported it to Ekruhuleni, where we were placed on an extension plan for them to establish our average consumption per month, after repairing the leak.<br> <br> I have had no assistance from them whatsoever. They have blocked my prepaid meter and I can not purchase electricity. <br> <br> I have proof of the leaks on the meter. Photos and videos. I have all the email correspondences to the municipality as well. No one is willing to assist and I am not sitting with a One year old baby with no electricity, caused by something that wasn't my fault to start with.<br> <br> I would highly appreciate your assistance to have this matter resolved.<br> <br> Thank you
