Water leakage/flooding unattended

I have logged a call with COE on the 3rd January 2023 about water leakage/flooding that is happening at my gate and up until today I have not received any help. Follow up have been done daily but still no help. There is a mess in front of my yard and on the street due to this water leakage. I am so frustrated and disappointed by such poor service from this municipality. I live in Sky City and this is a new development. Why are we experiencing such poor service???
