Water leakage during a draught

<p>After phoning the water and electricity line all day. At 23h18 I have been told the guys works till nine and will come out tomorrow morning at seven. The leakage was a so called 'emergency' last week Saterday. Hopefully the Ekuruleni employees will consider it a real emergency tomorrow. According to our neighbours somebody was busy with the meter yesterday and then left. Leaving the problem worse. I was even asked by one of the telephonist 'what do I want them to do?. Clearly we are not living in the same draught stricken SA. </p>
