Water leakage

On the 12 Feb 2016, in the middle of a drought, we discovered that our water meter was leaking. We thus phoned the council to come and have a look at it and fix it. However a month down the line all they can tell us is the fault has been logged five times and that they are still working on last years complaints. The expectations for the citizens of the country to save water is ridiculous when not even our local government departments seem to deem this necessary. <br> <br> Where do we go as citizen when we have no one to assist us in the relevant departments?
