Water Bill

I would like to complain about the water statement that I received the previous month, the statement reflects that I need to pay R6 600 for water that was billed in a period of one month, Can you please have a look at it and maybe explain to me how the water got to R6600 in only one months? I tried to call in and I was referred to a lot different people whom do not even answer their phones.

Can you also please provide me with a reference number of this complaint?
