Wasting electricity

Street lights left on all day during the day. In the past week lights have bene left on in Palala, Tugel, and Vermooten streets. Emailed the council and got a reference number but since then nothing has been done and my emails go unanswered. You are wasting electricity while the public are paying a fortune for it! Trying to get Eskom involved now.
