Waste management service

I can not even justify 1 star. The service is so pathetic that 1 star compliments these lazy useless people. For 3 weeks no service delivery on waste. The connection points are closed and overflowing. The land fills are closed. Still I have to pay the levies on my utility bill. For what service. There is none
