Very Vad Service from Ekurhuleni Electrical Department

I reported the electrical problem in my house in Dersley Park Springs on Tuesday 08H20. After heavy wind during the weekend, the tree branches in from of my house outside the yard touched the wires that caused a short circuit which tripped power supply at the pole where the power cable to my house is connected. The turn around time is 24 hours after the incident has been reported, I still have no electricity 36 hours after I reported the incident, I have called the call center 6 times on Wednesday to get feedback. All they are saying is "This incident will be escalated to the supervisor". I even called my ward counselor around 19H00 on Wednesday, who promised to report the matter to one of the technical managers at Ekurhuleni. This is our third night without electricity, the meat and othet perishables in my fridges has rotten due to the Bad service from Electrical Department!
