Very unhappy Rate & taxes customer

Currently have big problem with my account this month , last month I was in advance payment of R503.61 .This month I am receive a statement with due amount of R3085.00 .How is it possible for my rate & taxes account to be R3085.00 . I email Ekurhuleni *** & *** *** & , *** not reply . Call the call centre ***after almost a hour holding the line I was refer to Accounts dept ***/8 numbers not exist . I also receive email address for Johan Ackerman who has not respond at all .Facebook message City of Ekurhuleni refer to whats up *** who refer me back to the email *** who also are not responding since Monday 30 November 2020 .
